Customer Service

Ordering & payment

  • Orders will be confirmed once you have completed the payment procedure.

  • You can pay via our selected payment services (iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard & VISA). 

  • Orders are processed the next working day by the Nozzles123 TEAM.  

  • If you have a question about a pending order, you can reach us at Nozzles123@triviex.com.

Shipping & delivery

  • Orders are shipped with the PostNL,Bpost or DPD Shipment Services. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the shipment is accepted by the parcel service. 

  • We always aim to deliver your order in the BeNeLux within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). For UK, Germany & France, we aim to deliver within 10 working days.

  • All deliveries within BeNeLux are free of charge.

Exchanges & returns

  • If you wish to return or exchange your ordered product, please contact us at Nozzles123@triviex.com to receive a return authorisation number. Returns sent without a return authorisation number will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be requested within 45 calendar days of delivery.

Repairs & warranty

  • A standard warranty period of 12 months (from the delivery date) applies to the functional specifications of the product. More information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

  • If warranty applies, arrangements will be made to repair or replace the product after mutual agreement.
