Orders will be confirmed once you have completed the payment procedure.

You can pay via our selected payment services (iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard & VISA).

Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped with the PostNL,Bpost or DPD Shipment Services. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the shipment is accepted by the parcel service.

We always aim to deliver your order in the BeNeLux within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). For UK, Germany & France, we aim to deliver within 10 working days.

All deliveries within BeNeLux are free of charge.
Exchanges & returns

If you wish to return or exchange your ordered product, please contact us at Nozzles123@triviex.com to receive a return authorisation number. Returns sent without a return authorisation number will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within 45 calendar days of delivery.
Repairs & warranty

A standard warranty period of 12 months (from the delivery date) applies to the functional specifications of the product. More information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

If warranty applies, arrangements will be made to repair or replace the product after mutual agreement.
